Competitor has stolen our images
We have Brand Registry with a USA Trademark. The product is also sold on Amazon.co.uk but does not have a UK trademark.
A competitor has stolen some of our images. We created these images ourselves. They have downloaded them, edited to remove our logo and added theirs.
We cannot use the ‘Brand Protection - Report a Violation Tool’ until we get a UK trademark.
Is there any other way to get these images removed from our competitors listing?

Send them a cease and desist letter in the post as Amazon more than likely wont do much in all honesty

I would have thought if you have registered for Brand Registry in the USA, it would apply to all Amazon platforms?
Also you could contact the seller directly and send them a polite message. We had the same issue with a seller on eBay who copied our images. They were good enough to remove them without the need of sending threatening communications of proceedings.

Have you followed the trademark infringement process on Amazon?

If they have stolen your images, report it as copyright infringement - not trademark infringement.
Do not mention “trademark” in any report as you must only ever mention one IP type and mentioning trademark will get you stuck in the wrong loop.
