Trying, unsuccessfully, to downgrade to an individual seller
I would be really grateful if someone, anyone!, can shed some light on a very black tunnel. I’ve been trying to downgrade my account to an individual seller but the final step loops me back to the help pages instead of confirming the downgrade.
I’ve spoken to literally dozens of customer agents, all of whom don’t listen to the problem and simply send me the instructions on how to downgrade. Each time they say they will sort it they resend the instructions and close the log. I’m at my wits end. It’s not like the instructions are difficult, the last page just doesn’t want to work so I end up back on a help page asking how useful it was.
I’ve sent 4 lots of screenshots and I, just being passed over with no way of even complaining.
Any advice would be gratefully receive but please don’t send me the downgrade instructions or a link to them

Is your account still being verified - if so you probably cant downgrade until verification is completed. Generally taking 3-4 months for a business account at the moment.

Do you mean an Individual account or the Individual selling plan? Two very different things. If you are buying (or making) goods to sell on (flowers, obviously, from your seller name), then you are a business and can’t have an individual account
If, on the other hand, you mean you want to change from the Professional selling plan to the Individual one, on your seller page, go to Settings - Account info - Your services and Manage to change your selling plan which will stop any further monthly subs being taken. When your account is fully verified (which may take some months) contact Seller Support and ask for a refund of the fees you have already paid. This is at Amazon’s discretion but is usually granted if you haven’t sold anything while you were on the Pro plan

Thanks for your post.
One thing that I can think of is that you have signed up to Amazon Business. You will need to opt out of this and then attempt to downgrade. I haven’t worked on account downgrades in some time so I could be wrong.
Here are the steps to check it:
Go to your account info page.
From My Services section there would be Sell on Amazon, Fulfilment by Amazon, Amazon Business and You can sign up for sections. You should be able to see ‘Opt out of your Amazon Business account and lose all the features’ next to Amazon Business.
Once you go through those steps you should then be able to go through the downgrade process.
