    We ship around 2,000 parcels per month via FBA and 1,000 via Evri. We are receiving an increasing number of com[paints regarding Evri parcels not arriving.

    Has anyone tried alternatives / has any suggestions please?

    Royal Mail tracked services are good. Tracked 24 is mostly delivered next day and Tracked 48 mostly within 3 working days.

    At 1000 parcels a month you will get a free collection as well on a business account.

    Tracked services are what Royal Mail are best at other services with them are more unreliable.

    Other options are DPD, DHL, DX.
