Buyer/Seller Abuse
Hello, tricky situation, there has been a seller which has been making fake orders on my account for the past two years to ruin my business, they are a competitor. I have received some new orders off them and are unsure what to do anymore, if i cancel them they leave negative feedback on them all and if i dispatch them they leave negative feedback and an a-z claim.
Things to note:
-I have reported the buyer accounts and seller account to amazon through all channels for over two years with all evidence and this seller is still selling and also faking their own feedback and doing this to other sellers which are competitors too. Nothing has happened or become of this.
-The addresses are fake and also the phone number doesn’t exist - all of this has been provided to amazon and they say they cant cancel the order on my behalf even with proof of all of this.
-Some of the fake feedback done on my account links to the fake feedback(positive) which they have done on themselves.
Stuck for what to do now as of now about the whole situation, amazon and seller support are at this point useless and just let anything happen with these type of abuse cases.
Any suggestions or advice will be appreciated.

Ok, just one thing to remember, concentrate purely on your own business and do not worry about other competitors. It doesn’t substantiate your claims by bringing in competitors and they are unfounded. You have to focus and be specific on what is happening and deal only with hard facts that you can prove.
There is not enough information in your post to determine how you know who, why, where and when etc.
The last thing you can do on Amazon is cancel. Remember you are servicing the customer on Amazon’s behalf so refusal of service will impact your account.
If you are aware of who they are then ensure you have everything in place to avoid losing an A-Z claim.
i have had the same tried on my account but in the end it rebounded very badly on the competitor and the best thing to do is always to make sure you have everything in order.
When someone is deliberately going after an account, they will slip up. Getting too involved can also create a bit of paranoia and you may inadvertently report genuine buyers and this will therefore make your claims to this very weak.

Carry on reporting and every time you receive an order from them, use amazon buy shipping signed for
That way, a-zs and neg feedback shouldn’t be an issue
