Promotions for Mulitple products when bought at the same time
Hello, I am looking for help on the Amazon promotions.
We are looking to create a promotion where if the customer adds 2 specific products to their carts they get a percentage off.
I thought I had set it up but it gave the percentage off even if only 1 of the products was added.
I would like to know if there was a way to only give the percentage off when both items were in the cart?
I have seen a few videos and read a few seller forum posts but can't seem to find an answer.
Any help would be very appreciated.

It kind of depends exactly what you are trying to achieve.
Note first that Manage Promotions as a tool is only available to those on the Professional Selling Plan
From what you have said, you could basically outline a range of products using the Manage Product Selection tool and then set up your promotion as the image below. HOWEVER this would apply if the customer purchased 2 or more of just one of the specific products. There would be no requirement to purchase BOTH specific products.
If what you specifically need is that TWO separate products are added to get the discount, best thing to do is to setup like the below - so if one of a particular product is purchased - they get a discount off the second product, provided it is added to the basket.
The other alternative is to create a bundle of the two products and offer that at a discount (either just by lowering the price, or using the Vouchers system)
