I am seeking guidance on managing "Transparency Code Requirements for Selling Unicity on Amazon."
Currently, I'm encountering challenges with listing Unicity products due to Amazon's new requirement for Transparency codes, which are supposed to be provided by the manufacturer according to Amazon. However, Unicity has stated that they do not engage in e-commerce activities. They allow us to purchase their products as a Distributor or Member and resell them as we see fit, clarifying that selling online is not their concern.
This discrepancy between Amazon's requirements and Unicity's policies leaves us in a dilemma about how to obtain these necessary Transparency codes. It's particularly confusing since there are existing sellers who apparently have these codes and can sell their products without any issues.
I am reaching out to this community to learn from anyone who is selling Unicity products on Amazon. How are you managing this situation? Where are you obtaining the Transparency codes from? Is there a workaround or another compliance method that might not be widely known?
