Stuck in an account verification loop
Im not sure what to its been months now. Ive submitted every single piece of information Amazon asks me for and then a new issue pops up. I feel at this point Amazon is even confused. I got an email saying I need to upload a new verification document, I went to check and it asked for my birth certificate?? The only thing left to ask for is a blood sample and a lock of hair at this point? Then I received a message saying "pls ignore." I am utterly shocked by the lack of customer service. Ive had 2 phone calls and they both read from the same script, neither of them had a clue. Now I've been emailed by amazon saying to expect a call in the next 3 days from a number- this was over a week ago now. So I'm here in a state of confusion hoping somebody can help. Its really impacting my amazon sales. My listings toggle from unavailable to active all the time.

Hello @Seller_ZEePDCOBTnf6v,
I checked and saw an email was sent to you yesterday requesting additional information or documents to continue with your account verification.
You can also find this in your performance notifications.
Regards, Spencer
