We just received a seller feedback which is completely a product review. This affects our rating and ODR negatively.

it does state they arrived promptly which isn’t related to the product.
Note that it is amazon policy you can only request feedback removal via feedback manager and through any cases opened via the feedback manager.
It is a risk to continually ask for feedback removal this way.

People tend not to look at seller feedback on Amazon. If you had lots of negative seller feedback, that might be a different issue.
Honestly, it's probably better this is on your seller feedback rather than the listing.

Feedback related to order IDs 026-7274406-8700312, 205-0588567-2957947 and 206-0771233-1666749 should have been removed.
Can you please check and confirm?
Regarding Order 203-8732135-0198706 and 026-1560638-8409953, feedback is not eligible for removal since it represents buyer-seller experience.
