New Compliance Testing

Has anyone else had to deal with this new testing? We have products being wrongly classified and Amazon is requiring them to be sent in for compliance testing. These are not new listings so they should not fall within this new September 30th deal.

Why do we have to spend thousands of dollars to get testing done on items wrongly classified? How do we get this fixed properly?

We have opened multiple tickets on this and can't get anywhere on this.
