Multiple accounts and Duplicate Listings under ASINs

Hi there,
I found two different sellers listing duplicate offers under my ASIN that I created. When I checked both seller accounts they belong to the same Ltd company.
Both are selling identical products on Amazon UK and listing under my ASIN not once not twice but four times! 2 offers by the same seller accounts belonging to the same company. There is no option to report this violation to Amazon or perhaps Amazon deliberately made it difficult!

This affects my listing as they are manipulating the Buy Box and now I no longer get any orders under that ASIN. I even emailed the seller-verification-enquiry@amazon.co.uk without any response.

It appears some sellers with multiple accounts have a clear advantage over the other sellers with just one account. How on earth Amazon is allowing it and there is no way to report it at all???

Are you brand registered ? If so you can report them there

There is also the ‘report abuse of amazon policies’ button on the account health page - not sure if amazon will do anything about the duplicate account situation as its not an uncommon issue unfortunately

Even though you created the listing, you do not own it. It belongs to Amazon - it’s their site, their catalogue. If the other sellers are selling EXACTLY the same product, they are required to add their offer to the same listing

It is quite legitimate for a seller to have more than one offer - for example, FBM and FBA, or
normal delivery and expedited delivery

If the listing is for your “brand” of the product, you have no exclusive rights unless the brand is registered as a trademark with the UKIPO AND on Amazon’s brand registry. Otherwise, it has no legal or commercial standing
