after changing the store name and bank account our primary seller account is locked. Every time I try to log in I get the following message:
"Account locked temporarily - We have detected unusual activity on your account and have locked it temporarily. Please contact customer service for further assistance."
I have contacted seller support from my secondary personal account. But with no success. Does anyone knwo how this can be solved?
I also don't undestand why I'm always sent from seller support to buyer support with this issue. There are some other discussions in this forum, but they give no solution to the problem. E.g.
