Service unavailable error message

I am repeatedly getting a service unavailable error message whenever I try to list a new book in my inventory, and also when I try to buy a book. The message appears when I click on the product information for the book I’m trying to buy or add to my inventory.

I am sorry to hear this. Have you tried clearing your cache and cookies to see if it makes any difference or possibly using a different browser?

I think I have found the problem. I don’t get the error message when I switch off my VPN! Strange though - I have been using the VPN with amazon for some time, successfully.
