Restricted product appeal - medical device Germany
My item has been determined to be a medical device on Amazon Germany, but it is not an invasive medical device and I have provided a compliance certification that it is compliant with Regulation (EU) 2017/745, but the appeal still has not been approved!
Amazon's response has always been: According to the information provided in the detail page, the product is prohibited. Hence, cannot be reinstated.
Why is this? How exactly should I do

Sometimes amazon rejects medical products due to an ‘amazon business decision’. In my experience, there is nothing you can do about this. If you get the product listed anyway, it is regularly deleted again.

For restricted products, besides providing the specific compliance document please also always send images from all sides of the product, so the review team gets a good view.
Make sure there is no contradiction between the product detail page and the information in the compliance document and labels on the product.
Sometimes compliance docs are rejected because they don't match the ASIN name or description.
