Requesting for a call back from amazon selling support not going through is anyone facing the same.

You can only get a callback if you are on the Professional selling plan, and even then it’s not guaranteed if they are too busy to do phone calls. You could try posting your problem on here for advice from other sellers

cant get a callback even though none of my listing are allowing customers to customize or add to there baskets soo annoyed as today is probably our last big selling day this year. Raised a case to just be told they don’t see a problem we have not had a sale since 11am this morning so annoyed at the lack of support
