Adding multiple tracking per order

Hello Amazon Support Team,

We’re experiencing ongoing challenges with order tracking for shipments containing multiple items, where only a single tracking number is provided. This often leads to confusion for our buyers, especially when items are shipped separately or arrive at different times. The lack of individual tracking numbers for each item creates a negative experience, as buyers are unable to monitor the progress of each part of their order accurately.

Could we explore the possibility of adding multiple tracking numbers per order in cases where items are shipped in separate packages? If there isn’t a way to implement this currently, we kindly request that Amazon consider adding this feature in future updates.

Thank you for looking into this issue, as it would greatly enhance the clarity and transparency of tracking for our customers.

Best regards,

YellowMk

Hello @Seller_4Q8fHy394V9bw

Christine here from Amazon Forums.

You can actually send multiple shipments for one order

  • After you confirm shipment for one package of an order, at the bottom of the Confirm shipment page, click Add a package.
  • From the Items in package drop-down menu, select the correct number of items in that package. The remaining items are automatically moved to the other package.
  • Enter the Ship date, Carrier name, Shipping service or Ship method, the Ship from address (the actual address from which you shipped the order), and the Tracking ID (supplied by the carrier).
  • Enter any special notes about the order in the Seller memo field (optional). This is for your reference only.
  • Click Confirm shipment.

You can read more in the link below.
