hope you are doing good, i had issue regading kyc verification, two times i submited the primary contact details but failed the reason is as per verification team, place of birth and country of birth are same. Hence please provide the required information to us for account verification. i was born in pakistan, holding Pakistani passport and live in UK. Sadly, we still do not have an update on our KYC verification and this has now become a business critical event.

Our account verification was triggered & responded to on 8th May 2024, today is June 4th 2024. It has been 30 days / 20 business days. This is now double the 10 working days as a maximum processing timeframe:

....."This validation can take up to 24 hours, and might take up to 10 working days in some cases. During this time, your Identity Information cannot be edited."...

I am very sorry to trouble you all, but could I kindly call on your support to help conclude these KYC checks which are having a damaging effect on our business.

Please can this case be escalated to the managers of the internal team to complete this account review as a matter of priority today.

I recently changed my address on Amazon and it triggered the KYC Identity verification. After provided the profiles, only replied deactived. Never telling how should I do. It means Amazon take over all my property.

How can Amazon do it like this. Does it legal?
