what happens if I don't Address your violation? After I provided all id and a receipt, not invoice since I bough from Costco, I did not know we are not allowed to resell it but they said not enough information. If there anyway I can do to remove it?

You need an invoice, not a receipt. You will not be able to sell whatever it is you have on Amazon.
