It has been 3 month, amazon payment no release
Hi All,
Any have issues with amazon payment holding. It’s been 3 month now amazon have not released our payment as we have talked with customer support but it is useless. Everything is correct as I double check with the bank. On time delivery was around 91%.
We get some inventory from the wholesaler on a credit basis and need to pay the amount. But now we faced some difficulties due to payment reserved.
When we talked with customer support they mentioned we hold the money until the product is delivered to the customer, it has been 3 month now we are getting positive seller feedback from our valuable customer. But amazon has no release that sellers are doing well.
Any ideas of who I can complain to/get my money?

There are several features of interest here:
Feature 1: Are you fully verified and your bank fully verified?
Feature 2: Have you had any successful disbursements previously?
Feature 3: You will more than likely have a “Rolling Reserve” on your account. Have you checked this?
Feature 4: Have you checked the Disbursements page to see the progress of any attempted disbursements?
