Customer lying about the postage paid on item that was returned
Hi @Simon_Amazon can you take a look at this feedback please 202-2061825-2615511 customer is lying about postage information. They say they are £14 out of pocket but they used a 48hr non tracked service which is the cheapest you can do. Special delivery costs £9 so I have no idea where £14 came from (trying to exploit me) it even said on the package "postage paid £4.79" Which I refunded them. It seems they were hoping to get more money out of me.

Take a photo of the package you received back showing the postage paid, and send this to the customer as proof.

@Simon_Amazon Please can you take a look please, not getting anywhere here. The customer has not wanted to return the item just left strange feedback. All the items I sell are in the same packaging yet I have good feedback for the most part. If the customer is unhappy they would open a return no?

According to Amazon policy:
Removal of feedback:
- The feedback includes words commonly understood to be obscene or profane.
- The feedback includes seller-specific, personally identifiable information, including email addresses, full names or telephone numbers.
- The entire feedback comment is a product review. For example, “The Acme Super-Widget lacks the sharpness and speed of the Acme Ultra Widget”.
Striking of feedback
- The order was fulfilled by Amazon
- The order was shipped using the Buy Shipping service
- Seller has used SSA
How does the feedback related to this order violate Amazon policy?

@Sarah_Amzn Customer is not even talking about the product they are talking about return postage which they are lying about. It said on the package "postage paid £4.79" The customer then asked for £16 in postage refund.... they used tracked48 delivery the CHEAPEST service to return the item. I use Special next day delivery which costs £9.... I asked them to provide a postage receipt so I can refund accordingly and what a surprise they did not send one. Why is this on my feedback, its entirely irrelevant and false. In regards to the other feedback the negative, the customer does not like the box the item came in, hasn't opened a return and does not have an issue with the item. The feedback system needs an overhaul.
