Multiple offers on same product page
One of our competitors has decided to list multiple offers on the same product page, and has done this on every product they are listed on (sometimes up to 6 offers per product). They’ve obviously done this to stop anyone else showing up in the box on the product page.
I’ve reported them to seller support as a policy violation but I just get an email back saying they will look into it but cannot share the results of their investigation, then nothing happens.
Is there anything I can do to get amazon to remove the duplicate offers?

It might not be intentional
We quite often change our seller SKU for various reasons. The only way is to delete the current listing and then add it again. Now for a while we used an integration system. We changed the SKU on their and it updated Amazon - but I did not realise that it did not remove the old listing, just added a new one.
So now I have to do period sweeps to check for duplicates or do it all manually. A realy faff. Why on earth we can’t change a seller SKU I have no idea.
So all you can do is keep reporting but perhaps also a message to the other seller as they might not be aware

It’s called ‘page hogging’ and used to be an infringement, I have reported a seller recently but like you last time I looked nothing had changed.
The point is that it actually puts buyers off rather than encouraging them.

Correct me if I’m wrong but as I understand it you can list multiple times on the same ASIN, once per condition and once per fullfilment channel.
So in theory you could list 6 times, good, very good and like new with FBA and good, very good and like new with FBM?
I remember reading this on the help pages some time ago after having the same problem with a competitor who wasn’t even dispatching from the UK but hogged the full page.

If they are all using the same EAN then just request a merge with support.

Thanks for the replies so far. The particular offers I’m talking about are all ‘NEW’ and all of the same or very similar price (ie the seller will have two or three offers at the same price then two or three at higher prices).
The issue I have is where it says on a product page ‘Other Sellers on Amazon’, it only shows this seller because he has listed so many times. This is clearly intentional to stop any other sellers from standing a chance.

So amazon have removed the duplicate listings finally, but we have now lost the buy box. Some products even have nobody winning the buy box despite us having stock in an amazon fulfilment centre. Grrrrr
