Legal entity change
Hi Guys,
I am in process of changing my legal entity to limited company. I want to know if anyone has experience doing this. and what documents are required?
I am getting all documents ready before I do it.
I just want to know which ones in the screenshot I need to put ticks?
should I tick them all ???

I would assume your legal business name is yourself as a sole proprietor and the limited company name when you change over so you wouldn’t want that.
And if you transfer being a sole proprietor to the new entity (as you’ve ticked) its not changing to a ltd
I’m not sure you actually want to use that form anyway but not an expert, I think you contact Seller Support to tell them you want to change.
Make sure you take any money out first, have your ltd company documents sorted, bank account sorted etc as well
