Problems entering the EPR number for 14 days

Good morning, I registered with LUCID over a month ago and paid the interzero contribution

At a similar time, I was submitting my LUCID number. The number has not been confirmed for over two weeks and support cannot help me and sends ready-made formulations.

The application status is still "submitted" even though support tells you to wait a maximum of 72 hours for activation. More than 14 days have passed.

I tried to solve the problem with SUPPORT twice but to no avail (case ID 17062484401,17056531561)

Please help! I want to sell now!

You are right, I provided the incorrect ID, the correct ones are 10757123082, 10749079172 and the one you mentioned, but it does not change the fact that my EPR number has been checked for over 3 weeks! The status on the website https://sellercentral-europe.amazon.com/spx/myc/epr-compliance is still "SUBMITTED", I am unable to activate the listing. Can you help me? I heard back from our partner team.

The Selling Partner's Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR) is now showing as valid. It seems like there was a delay in our EPR system refreshing with the validation. They have since reactivated their listings which are now live in the Amazon Germany Store.

Please let me know if your listings are indeed active.
