Account Health Specialist
I am trying to contact the account health specialist but every time I enter my phone number and select call, it pauses and says “request another call” I have tried different phone number and different browsers. the same thing happens, does this mean that they are too busy or is the system just bust?

I have been giving my office DDI number but I also tried my mobile. Neither work.

With the above information that you have provided, I completely understand that you are not able to reach the account health specialist.
I would request you to try logging in to you seller central again using your system and then go to the “account health” that will be under the performance tab.
You will then see the “call me now” button that is available on the top right corner of that page, please click on it to contact the account health specialist.
If in case you are still not able to make a call, please try to wait for sometime and then retry.
