Does issuing too many refunds have impact on account health?

Hi
Unfortunately I have had several INRs resulting in refunds in the last few days. Due to the amount of Jubilee bunting I have sent out over the last month I am concerned I may have several more refund demands in the next few days. Will this impact my account health, or does it just apply to A to Z claims.?

We recommend you to identify the reason behind the A to Z and work upon that to avoid similar issues in future.

The more A to Z claims you have the more order defect rate will increase which will impact your account health.

It is highly recommended to maintain account health dashboard as per our policies.

We would like to let you know that An order has a defect if it results in negative feedback, an A-to-z Guarantee claim that is not denied or a credit card charge-back.

Our policy is that sellers maintain an order defect rate under 1% in order to sell on the platform. An order defect rate above 1% may result in account deactivation
