Shipment status not updating
Our package was delivered to the warehouse on the 13th of July. Status is still showing as “shipped” in Seller Central. It’s been more than a month without an update. They won’t let me reconcile because it’s still under “shipped”. Opened cases, no useful response. Any suggestions?
