Does Amazon reinstate suspended seller accounts automatically after 6 months? - buy box
Hi guys,
I was suspended on amazon last June for for selling some products through the buy box and the complaint against our account is due to expire on 24th December. Does that mean our account will be reinstated on 24th December? We have taken all the corrective actions to make sure the issue does not arise again and submitted to amazon however the appeals have been rejected but because the complaint is due to expire on 24th December would the account be reinstated automatically? Where did you get this info that a complaint has an expiry date? Never heard of that before.
Unlikely that you will be re-I stayed with a POA being accepted though.

It stays in the performance metrics for 6 months then disappears. Getting a plan of action accepted is next to impossible. Anyone on here can help?

Your account will get reactivated only if you provide viable plan of action on the account. Amazon would request for the Plan of action as they want you to fix the issues completely so that they do not face any issues in the future.
Make sure you include:
– The root cause(s) of the issue
– The actions you have taken to resolve the issue
– The steps you have taken to prevent issue going forward
Provide the team with the viable plan of action so that the account gets reactivated.
