Holland & Barrett Lactose Enzyme Recall

2 weeks ago Amz refunded 65 orders from Nov 23-Feb 24 for the above item saying the item had been recalled. £1250 worth of refunds out of the blue. The link they sent re the recall was for NL and I only sell in the UK.

Ive been having conversations with support but am going around in circles as I cannot find anything about a UK recall and Amz just send me the details for NL.

I wrote to the managing director of Amz over a week ago and had no response, it said give 48hours and if no response send again so I did.

Can anyone advise what I can do about this as I do not see any evidence of the product recall on H&B website, or the Government product recall site and I am trying to get to the bottom of this and support will not give me any information other than the link to the product recall in NL
