My account has been suspended

I hope you can help me with an issue I’m facing with my account. Recently, I was asked to provide additional information, such as my bank account details, etc. I promptly tried to upload all the required documents, but unfortunately, my account got suspended instead. Now, the only option I can see is to “Speak to an Account Health Specialist.” However, every time I request a call, I never receive one and instead get an error message saying “Internal failure, sorry, we are unable to process your request. Try again.” This has been going on for months now, and it’s quite frustrating. I am located in Sri Lanka.

Some of your feedback comments are crossed through as fba yet you have no uk VAT number on your seller profile page

If you are storing stock in uk , you are a NETP and are required to register for UK vat
