BSR not showing

Hi,

I am quite new to selling on Amazon fba - my product got in stock at the end of November. All was going well and got the first few sales, but after about 1 week my listing disappeared.

I raised several tickets with sales support, who kept on telling me that my listing is active, and nothing has been actionned or checked at their end. I tried optimising the listing, but nothing has worked.

Yesterday I saw that the listing doesn’t have a BSR (even though it is present in the vital info). I raised this with with support and they said this morning that it is now been approved, however the BSR is still missing and my product is not discoverable.

Any advice?

Seller support stopped answering and the only way the listing can be found is via sponsor ads… which are not cheap.
