Have an order but no payment record
Hi,
I’m new on Amazon. I have an order from Italy and I use default shipping template. I can see there is an order but there is no record of the payment neither the customer paid for the shipping cost. How is that possible? Shipping cost to Italy should be £6.30 but customer didn’t pay for anything.

No, it should be in euros as per the shipping template on the Italian marketplace. It sounds like you have only filled in the UK one. You will need to go into each EU marketplace individually (via the dropdown in seller central) and update your shipping templates/charges.

The payment is not transferred to your account until you mark the item as shipped.

I have one more question. Do I have to sell on Amazon Italy to sell/send to Italy? Can’t I just list on amazon UK and post it from there with my UK and International shipping table?

Good luck with it getting to a customer in Italy. It’s nigh on impossible at the best of times, te situation in Italy now will probably mean it will disappear into the etha.
