Premium Delivery Not Showing!?
Any idea why my premium delivery isn't showing to customers? For the last 2 weeks it was showing customers 2 days for next day delivery instead of 1, now these last 2 days its not even showing customers the option, my metrics are fine all 100%. ive changed nothing so why would it suddenly dissapear? Doesnt make sense, also sales are down 40% on last year which seems very unusual.
I tried seller support for the first time in a year and wow its got even worse than it already was, i couldnt even open a proper case the only options were phone or live chat so did live chat and had to chat to A.I bot that didnt have a clue, each message took about 5 mins for them to send, told me that because my VTR is 83% my premium delivery has been revoked, yet my premium delivery metrics are all 100% and says im eligble.

Ok so this morning it came back and it was showing premium delivery on Thursday if ordered before 12 when it should of been showing delivery tomorrow, my normal orders show delivery Thurs-Friday., now since 12pm premium delivery has dissapeared from my listings again. It should be showing premium delivery Weds, normal delivery Thurs-Friday . my metrics are all fine so whats going on here? Its been going on for the past 2 weeks, has something changed here, another seller has mentioned the same issue.

It may be related to your Automated Shipping and it's not clear if the carriers are able to delivery within this window. Thanks for the reply, i dont think its automated shipping as i do not use this, i just double checked, and regarding opening a case i did try this 2 days ago however it wouldn't let me, the only options were to get a call or web chat, i did web chat and was talking to a A.I bot who didnt have a clue, after 25 minute long chat i asked multiple times to escalate it to a proper case so it can be looked into but that was ignored. you can read here, also there's still no option for me to escalate to a proper case, here's the case ID please escalate this if you can .. @Glenn_Amazon same thing again today now, normal delivery showing 25th-27th , premium delivery is back but yet again showing in 3 days time, ive seen others mentioning the same issue and its been going for a couple weeks now, can you raise this higher internally somewhere? Come 11am again the premium delivery will dissapear for the day.

In same boat too , for nearly 3 weeks next day is showing 1+ or more.
I can see other sellers have this too. Only 1 seller i know got his next day back but that is looking like he/she got lucky.
100% feels more a Amazon software/ssa then account problem as I'm not below any metrics and have this issue too. Its like Amazon systems are reading poor carrier data which they can do with SSA and instantly padding it. Hopefully more seller speak up and that should put a fix to it. Maybe someone needs to switch servers off and on again.
