How do I turn off automated business pricing?

A few months ago a very nice Amazon rep reached out to me about automating my business pricing. After a phone call we walked through turning it on and made a rule to automatically have the business price 2% below the regular price. Ok that part is complete.

Recently i notice listings show as inactive on Amazon, but show active in my inventory and active if I go through the help link to see what is wrong. Well I discover that the automatic pricing isnt working. So if I lower the regular price, it makes the listing inactive unless i manually calculate the 2% and change the business price.

My question is how to I return my account to normal and turn the automatic business pricing off completely. I started emaling the rep last week. Got one response about they were starting a ticket about the issue. Been emailing everyday since and no response. Managing a 5000+ ASIN catalog and having to catch all the business pricing issues is not worth the time, as it didnt increase sales.

Can anyone assist me?

Sounds like you have a pricing rule set up for business customers. You should be able to go here to disable it.
