Amazon have asked me to add COO information to all of our listings.
We have almost 4000 listings to do so I’ve just been trying to follow their instructions to update in bulk and I’ve rapidly fallen down a rabbit hole of reports and templates. Has anyone else succeeded with this update?

I’ve left mine for now. I’ll update them manually if I am making other edits but otherwise they can wait.

That’s the way I read it. I only really edit price and quantity on mine and that’s not been a problem so far.

I found it a similar chore and just gave up in the end. I’ll wait and see what happens after the 22nd. I suspect nothing.

I found that I only needed to update the parent and the change reflected down into the child variations. For example, some of my listings have up to 90 variations and I only needed to update the parent and then upon checking the variations, they had all updated too. This was after doing a manual edit in my inventory in Seller Central.
Making the changes in the excel template files is fairly straightforward and can be done on a partial upload for the changes to reflect in your listings for the COO. If your products share the same COO, you can enter the COO in the top field entry and drag it down the column to populate it. Save the file and then upload it.
