Hi All

So I am suffering like most with my VTR so have moved some of my non large letter products over to buy shipping via Amazon (Usually goes via my Click and Drop RM account) Using their Evri service.

The issue is the delivery address is hardly visible even with my glasses on, I have had some arrive at their destination so I have no issues now, I am just trying to get my Amazon Crystal Ball out as to what happens next when it does all go wrong.

Am I covered for non delivery, wrong delivery etc as I purchased via Amazon ?

Do others have the same issue ?

I use a label printer (6x4) which prints ever other delivery label fine.

Any held/advice would be greatly appreciated as I understand how fragile account health is on this platform
