Generic product when not generic Error 5886

This ASIN B0CCZVFS5Q with UPC 071720870297 is a Tootsie product and the pictures in the listing confirm this. GS1 website confirms the UPC is resisted to Tootsie Roll Industries Inc. The tootsie roll website shows the exact product for sale but Amazon will not accept this as proof that the product is not generic? I don't understand the policy of the first one to create the listing has all the power over the brand. Tootsie or Tootsie Roll is not a gated brand and in general they have no problems with individuals selling there product on Amazon. In this case Amazon would rather have incorrect information on it site and not protect a solid brand. In fact there are three generic listings for the same Tootsie product which of course is generic. I have a case closed because I don't have the "golden ticket" letter from the brand stating this product and the UPS is there's. I don't know why Amazon asks for GS1 verification of UPC they should just say you need a letter from the brand.
