DD+7 does this apply to FBA orders?

Hi everyone.

we have built up a substantial amount in our amazon account but just recently the funds available is 0 so we cannot do any disbursments! I know amazon wanted to do a big sneaky cash grab (huge amount of interest on keeping millions of sellers money for an extra few weeks! But surely if all your orders are FBA, they do the delivery so why keep the money under the guise of "making sure it gets delivered" before they release the cash. In short does DD+7 include FBA orders?

cheers

Yes it's for FBA too and DD+7 has been around for a few years now, just not for all sellers. It isn't just about "making sure it gets delivered", it's supposedly also to cover any issues which might typically arise quickly after delivery, such as a request for refund.

Hi

I have the exact same issue I have never been on DD +7 and I am not sure I am on it now as Amazon wont tell me. They have a huge amount of my companys cash and say it will be made at the settlement end. However that settlement date keeps moving. The issue first arose on Sept 4th and settlement date was 15th Sept and now its the 29th Sept.

I am on the verge of delisting all our products. Everytime I raise a case Amazon transfer the case and say I will receive a reply within 24 hours. The first case was raised on the 4th Sept and its now the 17th and I am still waiting on an answer. Also once the case is transferred there is no possibility to add to the case and when it gets over 5 days you know what happens.
