I hope someone can help.
A couple of weeks ago I changed my listing from FBM to FBA and sent off my inventory.
ASIN: B0DPJ3C25S
I then started to receive some orders for FBM and FBA, which I found odd as the listing was changed to FBA.
I contacted an Amazon agent via chat and she advised that this usaully happens when you convert from FBM to FBA without updating the file.
She then advised the following remedy 'click Add Products, and then search for the ASIN. if you locate the product you want to sell do the following click apply to sell and enter your offer details in the data fields. Required fields are marked with an asterisk'
I asked if this was correct since I own the brand and these instructions would appear to create another listing.
She advised this was correct in order to update the file.
However, it now appears that if I want to now edit my listing, Amazon system does not recognise that I am the listing and brand creator and it only allows me to suggest amendments rather then being able to edit and submit.
This has caused another issue as the listing is question is also being flagged up as 'Products designated High Fat, Sodium, or Sugar are not permitted to advertise in this locale'
In turn, the product is not eligible to be included in my sponsored ads campaign and is now receiving no sales.
The product in question would no way fall under this and apparently, this is due to the ingredient field not being filled in (Which is odd as I initally filled this in when I created the listing months ago)
Since the Amazon system is not recognising that I am the listing creator and owner, I am unable to update the ingredient field in order to rectify the issue of my listing which will be suspended tomorrow.
I have contacted Amazon and they do not seem to be able to resolve the issue.
Im having a bit of a nightmare with this.
Any suggestions for what needs to be done or how it can be fixed would be very much appreciated.
