Select new printer on Print Connect, WHERE IS IT?
I have got a new thermal printer and have installed it fine and it works via RM website, but I want to also use it through Buy Shipping/Print Connect software, but I cannot find where the option is to select the thermal printer? I’ve been through all the help pages and it says to ‘select printer from your list of installed printers’ and I assume thats within the Print Connect software? but I cant find that option, hence it will only print the shipping labels to my original laser printer that I have been using for years .
Any ideas please?

After you download and run print connect, you will be presented with a list of your installed printers. If you can’t find it in the list, it means you have not installed the printer correctly so check the printer’s manual.
As you already have print connect installed, just run it again from the start menu.

You could try https://qz.io/download/ - that’s the link I get (maybe because I’m on a Mac and this works with Windows & Macs) at the bottom of the Buy Shipping page. Someone said it was a replacement for Print Connect. But some folk still get the Print Connect link.
I did get an anti-virus warning on the link. I suspect it’s a false positive, if Amazon are officially linking to it. In the end I didn’t try it, as I can print to my Zebra no problem.
