Hello, I am trying to add an A+ brand content but it seems that there is an error:

"Failed to save content

Requested from: [/aplus/api/SaveContent]. Recieved status: [400] with message: [InvalidGlExceptionRaised: GL: gl_book, Asin: B0DJD8P57G]. Please remove ASINs from the following ineligible categories: book"

I don't know how to change the ASIN, there isn't even a place where I can edit this. Does it mean I should be changing the category for this ASIN?

I keep getting this error message when trying to confirm my SKU details:

1 Error

The SKU for this item is unknown or cannot be found.

If you have resolved all errors, please save your updated packing template.

Any idea what could be wrong?

I'm trying to add my offer of a product sold on Amazon by several other sellers. However I only get error message 5885. I have contacted seller "support", but as per normal the support element seems missing. They have told me to update the details of the product, but I'm obviously not able to do that because I get the error message. I hope they would try these things themselves and not just send generic messages without any understanding of the problem.
