Lost removal order

Amazon Won't Reimburse Lost Removal Order - HELP!

I create removal order, and recently I saw that amazon shipped 27 units to me and its mark as deliverd, but I never got it.

I have already contacted customer service multiple times regarding this issue, and each time I have been told that an investigation will be conducted. However, I have yet to receive any resolution.

Amazon keeps telling me that because the delivery of a removal order specifies that it was delivered, that they will not reimburse a lost removal order. We did not receive the units that we issued to remove. Amazon won't reimburse the lost units and keep saying the same things - "Investigation" . What can I do about this? At the end of the day, someone has to recovered these lots units.
