Missing June Sales
There are Sales Orders missing from our Reports repository. I have compared the Tax report to the reports repository and there are a significant number of orders missing. Also our fees do not come anywhere near the value invoiced. There are also sales orders on the report repository that do not appear on the VAT calculation report for June. How do i get accurate sales data for June?

From the 1st June all reports in Payments Dashboard, including Reports Repository follow DD+7, means reports contain only released transactions, without any deferred transactions.
This makes preparing sales vs costs monthly reports impossible.
And most of us, if not all, will see significant discrepancy between the sales in Business Reports and what's reported in Payments Dashboard, as at least 7 days of sales will be missing from PD reports.

we have the same issue with orders missing from 17th june to 25th june from our payments statements

I have the exact same issue. Units sold in June is about 1,000 less on the reports repository report than on any other report. Ridiculous.

exact same for me, did you get to the bottom of it?

We have just noticed that we have the exact same issue. Has there been any updates on this? We have 6 dates in June with missing sales. @Roberto_Amazon

We are having the same issue. We've escalated to the MD email, but support is very similar to Seller Support. They strugle to understand the issue, keep asking for screen shot after screen shot etc, don't actually look at anything.
@Ezra_Amazon@Roberto_Amazoncan anyone look into this properly?
Seller_rluydfDQ8rGNc
Yes - it is amazing more people aren't talking about this TBH. MD office and Seller Support are unable to comprehend the issue.
Basically, they've changed how they represent the DD+7. Rather than a transaction being logged on the date of purchase, it is put in reserve, and logged on the date it comes out of reserve.
Same result as DD+7, but for the period they made the change no sales apear because they've all been bumped by a week or 2.
To check this, find an order ID in the period that is missing and search for it in your transactions, it should apear in the following period. Sale date no longer is the same as the transaction date.
Hope this all makes sense.

This causes big problems. A lot of the major accounting packages can't cope with this and can't give an accurate up to date view of sales.
For anyone doing their own accounts using the Amazon reports it is a nightmare. You are constantly reporting sales late.
I am also surprised this doesn't get more posts on the forum, maybe next year when more people are on DD+7 it will get talked about more.

We are on the DD+7, and we use amazon report for your accounting, can you offer any advise on how to proceed as this issue is worrying us. With the next vat deadline approaching.
