I can't access my Amazon seller account

my Amazon business buyer account has been deactivated (No idea why) and now because I use that email to log into my seller account, I can’t access my seller account. I know my seller account is still active as I have 3rd party software that updates me of my sales. I have no idea how to get back in and seller support is 0 help. Can anyone help please?

How do you know that your Buyer account was deactivated? Did you receive any email or notification? As you are using Seller Forums, you are logged in to your Seller Central; hence, you should have access to your seller's account.
