Product Condition Customer Complaints -
Customer raised a complaint that he got a different product than he ordered. I have shared product images with UPC code image also to prove that we are selling accurate product but Amazon is not accepting anything with a reason that they don't have a sufficient information while I have informed that we have sold 154 units of this item and no one complaint about this. However, complain is still there . What to do ?

We have faced this issue multiple times, and despite raising with Seller support, the outcome is never favorable for the Sellers. Even Customers need not share any images or videos, and no inspection is done by Amazon to ascertain whether Customer is true. Being a customer centric company, Amazon will always trust the Customer, mostly at the expense of the Seller.
