if you are making them yourself, and are serious about it - look up Amazon Brand Registry.
Thats the safest route for you. Alternatively,you can list as Generic - but if you have a brand - it makes sense to use it.
Try registering for Amazon Handmade and then Brand Registry.
I was professional seller before Handmade came into being, swapped over and the professional fee was waived for a year - it's still waived, years later! I then applied for trademark and became Brand Registered whilst the trademark was pending (just provided the confirmation number of awaiting trademark approval). It was really easy.

I would'nt bother, stick to ebay and other platforms.
Amazon will just make it hard, eventually change your picture or description to what they like then leave you to deal with the fallout with the customer.
They also love to give refunds even when you have 100% proof of delivery to the customers address (also a work name badge in the picture with a distinctive name)
