It’s not “buy box win”, it’s simply “buy box” and it is effectively, the featured offer of any particular product on sale on Amazon. If 10 sellers all sell the same thing, the one who has the buy box is the one that features on the product page, in a white box on the right hand side of the listing. Here’s one of ours:
It shows that we have the featured offer for this product so anybody looking at the page will see our offer first, before they see anybody elses. It’s not something to get hung up on; we don’t, though the vast majority (if not all) of our products have the “buy box” at some point. A lot of sellers see it as the “holy grail”, something they have to achieve to be successful on Amazon. You don’t.
However, there are eligibility criteria to be able to get the buy box. You have to have a professional selling account and the fastest shipping services always get a better chance, so Prime will always be a big help (whether FBA or SFP). There are lots of threads about Buy Box here and lots of external blogs. I would strongly recommend you do some research on the topic.
You’re new here, by the looks of things, so I would start here, before you even think about the buy box.

Hi, I’ve recently listed a product, and, in my account, it also says I’m featured offer eligible. Could anyone explain to me how this will affect sales and how often rotation occurs etc.? I am also an FBA seller.

Just to reiterate the point about buyer location vs stock location, you are not the buybox winner for me despite being 50p cheaper.
