How to prep liquid skin care serums?

Hi all, I'm selling clear liquid skin care serums. It comes in a small 60ml glass bottle. I'm going to be putting them into a polybag with an FNSKU sticker on the clear polybag with a suffocation warning.

Do I need to wrap them in bubble wrap before putting the bottle into the polybag?

Thank you

Hi @Seller_0CVmWDSxrCSVr,

Let me help you figure out the prep requirements for your 60ml glass serum bottles.

In the "Products not regulated as dangerous goods" section of Amazon's liquid packaging requirements, it states that for fragile containers under 4.2 oz (which includes your 60ml bottles), no additional prep beyond your planned polybag is required.

However, if your serum is classified as a dangerous good, you'll need both poly-bagging AND either bubble wrap or a protective box. I'd recommend checking the Dangerous Goods Identification Guide (linked in that same help page) to determine your product's classification.

One important note - regardless of classification, your packaged product needs to pass Amazon's 3-foot drop test without leaking. The test involves dropping the product from five different angles, which are detailed in the "Basic drop test requirements" section of that same help page.

Hope this helps.
