Amazon deactivated my account

I have been working as Retailer for many years and started to sell on Amazon last year. They deactivated my account suddenly and I can not even login to my account to see any previous purchases made by customers, I can not see any messages coming from customers or Amazon services. When I try to open a new account, they told me to appeal for the previous account. I am sending emails to Appeal department but no answer. I can not call them because I can not login to my account. I need someone to call me from Amazon.

Do not open a second account as that will create more problems

You should still be able to login no problem - even if deactivated

Can you post the email you received suspending your account

Do NOT do that - not allowed, except under very specific circumstances, and with strict criteria.

as kris says you will need to post their email to receive guidance and as the others have said do not open another account or you will be in a worse situation

Thank you for your reply. I cant login to my account. Its giving me “Account Deactivated” error when I try to login.

You can find the email they sent below,

Hello,

Your Amazon.co.uk Seller account has been deactivated in accordance with section 3 of Amazon’s Business Solutions Agreement. Your listings have been disabled. Funds will not be transferred to you, but will be held in your account while we work with you to address this issue. This may take up to 90 days, but funds may be held for longer. Please ship any open orders to avoid further impact to your account.

Why is this happening?

You have a separate account VOSO which was enforced for violating one of our policies. As a result, you may no longer use the RetailBuyer Selling account to sell on Amazon.co.uk.

How do I reactivate my account?

In order to reactivate this Selling account, RetailBuyer please follow the below steps:

  1. You must first reactivate the account associated with VOSO by submitting an appeal. Please follow the instructions in the communication received for that account.

  2. Once you have successfully reactivated that account, please submit an appeal to reactivate the current account, RetailBuyer by using this link: /performance/notifications. When submitting the appeal, you will need to provide us with the name of the account that was reactivated and the date of reactivation.

Was this after opening the new account?

Or did you have an old account prior to opening last years?

Some orders were late due to stock level, but has been solved. Now they are holding my £748 that came from the sales… It is not fair.
