@Seller_N9oDbxVhfcGTR No-one here can fix your problem - this is just a forum of other sellers. Are you selling in a category that is saturated, with thousands of offers ? Do your listings appear in your inventory ? Is your price too high compared to other similar items ? You could give us an ASIN of one of your items for us to have a look and see if anything glaringly obviously wrong.

Assuming you're the GLEAMA STORES selling groceries some of your pricing is optimistic and you're often finding yourself in direct competition with Amazon themselves.

It's always difficult to compete directly with Amazon, but even when Amazon sell out of something if you're at the higher end of pricing, plus a delivery charge, and at the slower end of delivery times that the other 20 sellers on the listing are offering you just won't get the buy box.

If you can't cut your prices and speed up delivery of certain items don't let it bother you that those aren't selling, just concentrate on your best selling items and find new best sellers. Could you increase sales of your best sellers even further by offering bundles of 2,3,5 or more perhaps? Amazon is highly competitive but there are always niche opportunities to be found.

Hi @Seller_N9oDbxVhfcGTR,

Thank you for posting on the Seller Forums! It's great to see fellow sellers sharing their insights here. I'd like to add some additional guidance that may help.

Below are some tips and resources that will help optimize your listing to increase its visibility:

Optimize Your Product Listings: Ensure your listing includes the following elements.

  • Title: Should be under 200 characters, include key product features, and relevant search terms
  • Images: Main image must have a pure white background, be at least 1000 pixels to enable zoom, and show the actual product professionally
  • Bullet Points: 5 clear, benefit-focused bullet points (max 500 characters each) that highlight what makes your product valuable
  • Product Description: Detailed description (up to 2000 characters) explaining features, benefits, and usage
  • Search Terms/Keywords: Up to 249 bytes of relevant keywords that customers might use to find your product

Check Your Listing Status: Follow the below steps to make sure your listings are actually active and searchable.

  • Go to Inventory > Manage Inventory in Seller Central
  • Check if any listings show as inactive or suppressed
  • If suppressed, review the reason and fix missing attributes (images, descriptions, compliance issues)
  • Please review this help page for more common reasons and steps to fix suppressed listings.

Improve Your Discoverability: Below are steps you can take to improve the discoverability of your listing.

  • Optimize Search Terms: Add synonyms, alternate names, and relevant keywords customers actually search for (avoid brand names, temporary phrases like "on sale," or subjective claims like "best")
  • Pricing: Check your Pricing Health page in Seller Central
  • Category Placement: Verify your products are in the correct category/browse nodes for maximum visibility
  • Please read this help page for best practices to optimize product discoverability

Consider Advertising: Once your listings are optimized, Sponsored Products ads can drive initial traffic and help you gain visibility.

I hope this helps! If you have any additional questions or need further assistance please let me know.

All the best,

Jameson
