Hi, my product is a first aid kit, the first time it was removed because they of the ice pack that it has in it as they said it contained something it didn’t. The second time was because a pair of tweezers looked like a needle even though if they just looked a bit closer it blatantly wasn’t. And now the third time is because an anti sceptic wipe contains benzalkonium chloride even tho it’s perfectly legal to sell it in a first aid kit without any sort of subscription as it is not a cream or medicine that needs a subscription. I tried explaining this to them multiple times for almost 2 months now but the Amazon seller help are useless. Too make matters worse, for one of these months my listing was removed they charged me £200 in advertising fees for this product but I’m not too sure what they were advertising as they’ve removed it. I’m not even done, they emailed me a date 17/02/25 for automatic product removal, I checked today, and it’s now 02/02/25 with no notification or email or anything. It’s not very nice what’s going on here and every time I try speak to someone they send us a picture of everything in the first aid kit, which I do, and give us up to 10 days and we’ll get back to you. They always get back after 10 business days and it’s always they same automated email like no one actually looked at the photos I sent. They keep saying a specialist will deal with this massive inconvenience but it seems like an AI is doing it. Amazon seller support is being very difficult and I’ll greatly appreciate help.
