Section 3 - inauthentic

Hello,

I was selling products on amazon.co.uk and doing online arbitrage, using FBA system of Amazon and sourcing products from America. I was sourcing them usually amazon.com, Walmart etc. I had been selling since August, 2023. My Amazon UK seller account got suspended on 9th August 2024. I sent my appeals, order receipts (amazon.com invoices), packing lists of shipping, bank transactions, delivery proof of FedEx. I took actions for many times. Every time I submit my appeal, Amazon sends the same message. 

Suspension reason Section 3 - inauthentic 

Totally I sent 27 units of the prodcust in the last 365 days until my account was suspended. I purchased them all from amazon.comand the seller was Amazon USA itself. So all my products are authentic. 

But I understand their policy. So If they reactivate my account, I’ll source products from only manufacturers and authorised distrubutors. I’m attaching the Amazon’s messages for your information.Meanwhile, I proved to Amazon that my inventory is authentic by video identification call and they released my inventory in December, 2024.

What can I do to reactivate my account?
